原理
CoolSculpting 通过冷却选择性地杀死脂肪细胞， 是一种无手 术的局部减脂治疗。
这种治疗在2008年作为选择性冷冻溶脂法（Selective Cryolipolysis）首次公布，其减脂效果得到了认可，并于2010年获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）的批准。2017年，它被日本厚生劳动省批准为“通过冷却减少脂肪的设备”。
选择性冷冻溶脂法利用了脂肪细胞比其他组织更容易受到低温影响的特点。在适当的条件下，它只冻结（结晶）脂肪，选择性地杀死脂肪细胞，而不损伤包括皮肤、血管和神经在内的周围组织。
脂肪储存在脂肪细胞内部。当脂肪冻结（结晶）时，脂肪细胞会经历自然死亡（凋亡）。然后，脂肪细胞及其储存的脂肪会逐渐被白细胞吞噬作用移除。（细胞被白细胞吞噬。）由于脂肪细胞在几个月内逐渐被消耗，脂肪安全地被移除，而不会导致血液中脂质异常增加。

治疗

Risks associated with the treatment
・Effects of the treatment vary depending on the individual. Depending on the conditions, there are cases when no improvement is seen.
・During treatment, the patient may experience sensations of pulling, being grabbed, coolness, or pain.
These sensations will disappear as the treatment location becomes numbed with increasing treatment time.
・The ordinary side-effects occurring after treatment include temporary redness, swelling, internal bleeding, tingling or prickling feeling, itchiness, pain, desensitization, and hypersensitivity. These symptoms will disappear over a period of several days to several weeks.
